Called to Love Thy Neighbour : We will always find an excuse for the uncomfortable

Abstract
The call to love your neighbour is a given for any of us, but in this day in age of so many newcomers coming to our country, could it be that more of us than we think are called into cross cultural ministry? Gone are the days when we can claim that we ‘aren’t called” to the nations because we all know Jesus’ stance on how we are to treat our neighbour.
Now, the nations live among us, but all too often we declare in fear that God must use someone else to go. The same excuse that we used when it was across oceans and on boats and airplanes, but now it’s just across the street.
Maybe you’re right; Maybe God isn’t calling you overseas, but maybe He is calling them here, and you just so happen to be their neighbour right next door.
What are you going to do about it?
